Position Summary
As a Parking Services Attendant, you will be responsible for directing traffic, assisting guests with any issues that may arise, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests and employees within parking areas.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 to $17.00.

This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service
- Monitoring parking garage for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
- Provide guests with directions and other venue information
- Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
- Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
- Assist daily and monthly parkers with any issues that may arise on site
Qualifications
- Prior parking experience strongly preferred
- Customer Service abilities are a must
- Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
- Ability to multi-task
- The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
- Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds
