Registered nurse who works as telephone triage RN in the Call Center. Answers calls from
numerous clients ranging from the general community to physician practice clients, managed care members, and Home Care patients. Performs health assessments using computerized guidelines. Provides general health information using approved references. May provide physician referrals and community service referrals as needed. Due to many client contracts, RN must be able to function in a multi-task environment.

Education Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience Requirements
- 3 years recent hospital, home health or clinic experience.
- Competent in computer and technical applications
Licenses/Certification Requirements
- RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association required
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occassionally
