Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at CHI St. Francis Health, you’ll excel in your nursing career by providing long-term care (LTC) services to the residents of our facility. This opportunity provides you with the chance to build on your education and experience in a skilled nursing setting while being part of an interdisciplinary team that administers individualized, comprehensive care to residents.

Responsibilities:
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
- Reviews and evaluates resident’s care and adjusts as needed.
- Administered, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.
- Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift.
- Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner.
Sign On Bonus: $30,000
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university.
- Active Minnesota license in good standing.
- BLS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome.
- Strong leadership skills.
