What is a Resource Role?Resource roles are unique, up to 1-year assignments designed to ensure seamless coverage during vacations, medical leaves, new account openings, large events, and more. While temporary in nature, these positions often lead to permanent placement opportunities. In fact, Resource employees are eligible to apply for permanent roles right away.

Incentives

Predominately a M-F schedule, with some evenings and weekends

What You'll Do

  • Lead front-of-house operations when café managers are out

  • Support back-of-house functions to ensure smooth service

  • Step in on the floor and work stations when needed

  • Manage ordering, inventory, and staffing during meal periods

  • Provide hands-on support for catering events
