Now we’re looking for a Director of Residential Life to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our residential programs.
About This Opportunity:
As Director of Residential Life, you’ll lead all aspects of our student residential programs — empowering staff, ensuring compliance, and creating a safe, engaging environment where every student can thrive. You’ll have the autonomy to innovate, collaborate, and make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all residential programs, staff, residential case managers, and operations
- Align supports with each student’s IEP, BIP, TMP, or any other necessary student accommodation plans
- Oversight of all scheduling and making sure ratio is met
- Responsible for all monthly and annual staff training needs including advanced Safety Care training
- Build strong relationships with families and referral sources
- Ensure compliance and training standards with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to maintain safe, high-quality homes
- Monitor budgets, maintain records, and support continuous improvement across programs
- On-call responsibilities Monday through Friday and rotating on-call responsibilities on weekends
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- 7–10 years’ leadership experience managing teams and residential programs with over 50 staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Meets CCLU qualifications for residential leadership
