Position Summary
The Premium Busser supports the Premium team by maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas before, during, and after events. This role ensures that guests receive prompt and attentive service by resetting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting attendants and culinary staff as needed. The premium busser plays a key role in creating a polished and efficient guest experience.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00-$14.00 and is tip eligible.

About the Venue
David Booth Memorial Stadium is home to the football team at the University of Kansas. The venue is a key location for major football games and special events, offering a dynamic atmosphere for sports enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, including table arrangements, stocking non-alcoholic beverages, silverware, and glassware.
- Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware quickly and discreetly.
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including suites, buffets, drink stations, and guest areas.
- Refill water glasses and other non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
- Assist attendants with food and beverage delivery when required.
- Ensure proper sanitation and disposal of food waste and trash.
- Break down and clean up event space after service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies during service.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 or over.
- Previous experience in the food service or catering industry preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedule.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
