Position Summary
We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites & service spaces. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best in sports & entertainment services.
This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments - involves shifts at evenings and weekends.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Work independently when required using your own initiative.
- Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience
- Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Cocktail making skills and advanced Beverage knowledge.
- Food & Bar service experience of a premium hospitality area in a stadium, events arena, festival environment or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment.
This role pays an hourly rate of $12, plus tips.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for food & beverage service within in the suites
- Must demonstrate ability to read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders.
- Responsible for ensuring all necessary equipment and pre-ordered food & beverage items ordered are stocked to proper levels in the suite prior to the Event.
- Responsible for full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the guests in the suite including, ingredients, portion sizes, pricing and preparation.
- Responsible for recording a guest’s order and relaying to the Suite Catering Captain or Manager.
- Responsible for observing guests to anticipate and respond to any additional requests.
- Assist runners when needed to ensure food is brought to pantry on time for delivery.
- Responsible for presenting the guest with the final bill summary and accepting payment as necessary.
- Responsible for cleaning up remaining food product and equipment after the Event.
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
Qualifications
Fine dining and/or banquet experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment preferred.
