Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse with American-Mercy Home Care, you’ll be at the heart of patient care delivering expert clinical services, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and building meaningful relationships with those you serve. Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise your own caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides, to facilitate and cultivate a team of caregivers.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards.
- Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; must hold an active RN license in the state served.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred).
- Strong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management, and a passion for patient care.
- CPR/BLS certification
