Pay: Min. $27.00/Hr. Max. $28.75/Hr.

Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, person-centered care to residents.
- Create a therapeutic environment while promoting social skills and community engagement.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain high standards of care, service excellence, and ethical practice.
- Guide new employees through orientation, using the checklist to teach care routines, documentation, and communication.
- Mentor staff in providing high-quality care and maintaining organizational standards.
- Actively participate in preceptor meetings and a subcommittee, such as Staff Activities or Performance Improvement.
- Oversee tasks like the Resident Inventory Program and documentation reviews.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
- license requirement: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Standard driver’s license – class C or class D Professional
- Experience: at least one-year working full-time at Seven Hills at Groton.
- Skills:
- Active C.N.A. certification
- A passion for teaching, leadership, and delivering outstanding care.
- Reliability, strong organizational skills, and commitment to policies and excellence.
