We’ve also developed a career path framework for CNAs that clarifies paths to move, develop and advance CNA careers into nursing and other roles. The CNA provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
What is Enterprise Pool?
We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The CommonSpirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the CommonSpirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.
Enterprise Pool 1:
- Base rate ($18.00-26.08/hr) + $1.50/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
- 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home
- At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units.
Enterprise Pool 2:
- Base rate ($18.00-26.08/hr) + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
- Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.

Benefits:
- PRN: +15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefits
- Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Required Experience:
- 1 year of Acute care (hospital) experience required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Basic computer skills
- Required Education:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program Required
- Required Licensure/Certifications:
- State registered CNA license required
- BLS from the American Heart Association required
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
