We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist I who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our growing Talent team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to support the full cycle hiring process. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience across diverse communities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Support bilingual recruitment efforts by sourcing and communicating with Spanish-speaking candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
- Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and other talent acquisition events.
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
