Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor performs a number of custodial functions as well as light mechanical maintenance to ensure the appearance and cleanliness of the facility contributes to the overall atmosphere and experience of all employees and customers.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$21.00

This position will remain open until December 12, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Regular site housekeeping and unsafe hazard inspections
- Takes corrective action to address any conditions that are not acceptable
- Changes light bulbs as appropriate
- Responds immediately to any spills
- Empties trash receptacles
- Performs light mechanical maintenance
- Ability to perform significant amount of physical activity including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, moving various items, and shoveling snow
- Reports safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to a manager
- Cleans hanging signs and dusts overhead pipes
- Maintains and reports inventory of supplies
- Completes the Employee Daily Checklist and addresses unsatisfactory remarks
- All other duties as may be assigned based on operational needs
Qualifications
- Previous hazardous materials training, janitorial and light maintenance work history preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills in English in order to follow directions
- Able to lift up to 40-80lbs
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Able to work independently
- Able to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to read, understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MDS) and complete reports
