Job Description
The Lead Spa Desk Agent is responsible for the guest experience in the Spa by providing and maintaining the service standards and creating a feeling of relaxation.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out.
- Schedule spa appointments, in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.
- Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products.
- Communicate spa promotions with guests.
- Must be proficient on the telephone.
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor during busy times.
- Train and coach Spa Desk Agents
- Book and confirm appointments
- Greet guests
- Provide Tours
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
- Must have the ability to stand for 8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.
- Must be current servsafe and ETips certified for safe food and alcohol handling or must be willing to get certified prior to starting the position.
