Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full time occupational hand therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Burlingame, CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to provide care to patients ranging from post-surgical cases, to non-operative conditions, to work conditioning. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other clinicians and therapists. Compensation:
- Salary Range starting at: $100,000.00 up to $130,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
- Up to $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
- High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
- Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
- Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
