Position Summary
The Concessions Food Runner is responsible for supporting concession operations by ensuring timely delivery of food, beverages, and supplies between storage areas, kitchens, and concession stands. This role is critical for maintaining efficient service during events and ensuring all stands are stocked and operational.
This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$17.50

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders from kitchen and warehouse areas to concessions locations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food pickup and delivery stations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and concessions attendants to coordinate order readiness and resolve any discrepancies
- Verify order accuracy and presentation before delivery to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with restocking supplies and condiments at concession stands as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health regulations
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service, addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly
- Support concession operations during peak hours by helping with basic prep, packaging, or cashier duties when required
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
- Uphold venue policies and contribute to a positive guest experience through professional conduct and teamwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 or over
- Three or more months’ experience in food service industry preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred. Must be able to operate POS.
- Ability to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding system
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
