Position Summary
Under the direction of the Operations Manager the part-time Conversion Crew is responsible the event setups and changeover of the Center on an event-to-event basis to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements.
We have daytime shifts, nights and weekends.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00-$19.00.

Responsibilities
FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to):
- Responsible for the physical setup of all areas around the Arena including chairs, tables, staging, furnishings and equipment for sporting and live events
- Actively care for all arena equipment and property by storing, cleaning, and maintaining changeover equipment
- Respond and resolve set-up issues promptly as directed by fellow staff and management
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
- Exhibit willingness to work a flexible schedule consisting of nights and weekends.
- Work effectively in a heavily team-based environment.
- Be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual.
- Possess knowledge of basic hand tools and their uses
- Good physical condition and health, sufficient strength and stamina needed for heavy, awkward, and repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds, capable of occasionally performing heavy manual labor.
