Position Summary
The Concessions Manager at Allegiant Stadium is responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned concessions stands and areas. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of managing high-volume food and beverage operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Concessions Manager will oversee a team of supervisors, cashiers, cooks, and support staff, ensuring efficient and profitable operations in a busy NFL stadium.
This role pays an annual salary of $60,000 to $75,000
Benefits for Full-Time roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).
This position will remain open until December 26, 2025.

Allegiant Stadium is the technologically-advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment including concerts and special sporting events.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned concessions stands, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery during all events.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for concessions operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in all concessions areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and liquor control regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of concessions supervisors, cashiers, cooks, and support staff.
- Schedule staff effectively to meet the demands of events and ensure adequate coverage.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor and maintain product quality and presentation.
- Monitor and manage concessions revenue and expenses, ensuring profitability.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and minimize costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports.
- Work with the Concessions Director to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with event planners and other departments to ensure seamless execution of concessions operations for all events.
- Coordinate concessions setup and breakdown for events.
- Anticipate and address any potential issues that may arise during events.
- Work with vendors to ensure product delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in concessions management or a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment such as a stadium, arena, or large event venue.
- Proven track record of successfully managing food and beverage operations and leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and liquor control regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- ServSafe certification or equivalent.
- Experience with large scale inventory management.
- Experience with large scale staff management.
- Experience in a NFL stadium environment, or other professional sports league preferred
- Experience with high volume cash handling.
- Possess valid SNHD food handling card, Alcohol Awareness or equivalent, and ability to obtain a non-gaming work card (Sheriff's Card) The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event driven schedule including nights and weekends per business need
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a noisy and crowded environment.
