What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for culinary roles (Executive Chefs, Culinary Directors, Chef Managers, Regional Chef Managers, etc.).
- Experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations is a plus.
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
