Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at the Carlisle Barracks Commissary located in Carlisle, PA. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

- manage frontline staff;
- oversee deli / bakery operations;
- ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
- foversee rontline training programs, and/or
- daily operation standards
