Responsibilities
- Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence as needed in company vehicles
- Adhere to established transportation schedule
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, maintaining any issues to supervisor immediately
- Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicle as needed
- Transport supplies as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members
- Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings
