The hotel will be directly connected to the Broward County Convention Center, immediately adjacent to Port Everglades cruise terminal and less than two miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Be a part of the pre-opening team for the Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel!
Opening Fall 2025, the Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel is a 29-story hotel, located at 1950 Eisenhower Blvd, and connected directly to the Broward County Convention. The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a vibrant rooftop bar, a sprawling pool, spa, and fitness center. The hotel will also have over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront views.
To ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment while providing maintenance services to guests in a courteous, professional and engaging manner.
Dual Providers are responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- As part of the MOKARA Spa team, spa providers are to consistently perform the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
- Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures.
- Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
- Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.
- To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are always being followed.
- Relay, with confidence, both product and service benefits to guests and offer suggested retail and treatment opportunities.
- Strive to consistently produce a minimum of 10% in retail sales daily, weekly, and monthly.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1-year of experience as a dual provider preferably in an upscale salon or spa setting.
- Current State of Forida Massage and Skincare License.
- Proficient skills in traditional and modern forms of massage therapy, body treatments and skincare service.
- Good verbal/written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment to exceeding the expectations of customers, always operating with a strong attention to detail to the client’s needs.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing back-to-back appointments in a high volume 4 diamond environment.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Responsible and dependable with ability to fulfill on-call scheduling needs.
- Must obtain a current City Business Tax Permit with the city of Fort Lauderdale upon hire.
- Must obtain a State of Florida TIPS Alcoholic Beverage Server Permit.
ENVIRONMENT & POSITION ANALYSIS:
- Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance. Stand and/or sit for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion, with consistent use of hands and arms.
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:
- Desktop computer, selected spa program, printer, telephone, copier, fax machine and scanner. Cleaning supplies such as vacuum, mop, broom, duster and chemicals.
