Occupational Therapist SLs can evolve by deepening skills in community integration, case management, or advancing toward administrative roles within rehabilitation companies, combining hands-on care with strategic oversight.

The 'SL' typically denotes a supervisory or senior-level role, involving oversight of therapy assistants and rehab techs. It emphasizes leadership in clinical supervision, program enhancement, and ensuring treatment quality, distinguishing it from entry-level occupational therapy positions.
