What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily retail food service operations, including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and vendor compliance.
- Oversee POS programming, cash handling processes, and ensure all signage (including digital) is accurate and in place.
- Conduct brand standard audits and maintain integrity across national and in-house retail concepts.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and physical safety standards while supporting a high level of customer service.
- Assist with all accounting and financial matters-examine unit financial records to verify details of recorded transactions.
- Assist in the implementation of corrective action plans developed during an audit.
- Assist in the monthly/quarterly/year-end close process to ensure accuracy and integrity of results at the unit level.
- Generate special reports and respond to data requests from management. Prepare and review reports and other written documentation.
- Manages all accounting and financial matters for one or more accounts/units. Includes accounts payable/receivable, budget, payroll, reporting, inventory, chargebacks, etc.
