Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior RPG Developer to grow our operations platform. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategy and development of critical applications. This role requires strong collaboration skills to work across teams. You will take ownership of the design, implementation, integration and deployment of strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related discipline with an information technology focus (4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- 5 or more years of experience with building web applications using Node.js.
- Proficiency with Git.
- Demonstrated experience working in modern software engineering and product development methodologies, including Agile.
- Mentoring, coaching and leading other technical team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication and the ability to collaborate and work well with others.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to design pragmatic solutions.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IBM i Series/AS400 platform and RPG language.
- Experience with Agile Methodology and DevOps process.
- Experience with SQL.
