This position is based on a hybrid work schedule and will require in-office work 3 days per week.
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to meet the operational requirements of our business group through reporting, data analytics, and the creation and maintenance of essential operational tools. You will collaborate closely with management and various internal teams to address the unique needs of our business unit. Your responsibilities will encompass data analysis and the utilization of the Power Platform suite—including PowerApps, Power Automate, and AI Builder—to design and maintain customized applications. Under the guidance of a project lead, your key tasks will include:
- Designing, developing, and rigorously testing high-quality applications aimed at automating core business processes.
- Leveraging your knowledge of MS PowerApps to assist team members with application development.
- Managing project timelines and regularly providing updates to the project manager regarding progress toward automation objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Citizen Developer guidelines to encourage best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Implementing effective exception handling, metric reporting, global variables, and other best practices within solutions.
- Supporting business operations by organizing internal databases and resources, facilitating meetings, and conducting data analysis and metric tracking.
- Compiling supporting documentation to fulfill business group needs.
- Analyzing data and generating reports to aid in project monitoring and decision-making.
- Clearly communicating estimates, planning, and managing your workload along with progress updates.
- Regularly engaging with management and stakeholders.
Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or software engineering. Other relevant technical degrees may be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Dataverse, and other related M365 tools.
- Hands-on experience with MS Power Apps and other applications within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle Management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to interact with and manage relationships among project team members, clients, and vendors at various levels.
- A proactive approach to learning new skills and enhancing knowledge to contribute effectively to team operations. A commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly advanced skills in MS Excel and/or MS Access for creating detailed, interactive spreadsheets, workbooks, and databases.
