Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: South Windsor, CT

The Select PT South Windsor office is a stand-alone clinic that sees a diverse patient population from middle school/high school athletes focused on returning to sport to a more mature patient who is focusing on improving overall function, balance and reducing fall risk. Currently 2 full time physical therapists support this dynamic clinic, but we are looking to add a motivated clinician to the team.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
