This role with support outpatient operations at the outpatient center connected to our hospital
Responsibilities
Be an integral part of a team that helps patients achieve their greatest potential and work toward productive, independent lives. The Occupational Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient's need and physician direction. Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities. Requires current and valid OT state license.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Occupational Therapist is required.
- Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
