Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a Clinical Nutrition Manager position at SSM Health Monroe Hospital, a 58-bed facility in Monroe, WI, and St. Mary's Hospital, a 50-bed facility in Janesville, WI. Reimbursement for AND dues, mileage, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal!Weekly meal stipend!Continuing education allowance!Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive nutritional evaluations and follow up assessments for variety of patient types working with inpatient populations
- Provide supervision, guidance, and performance feedback for one part-time clinical dietitian
- Ensure that policies and procedures are in place and maintained in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as Sodexo and client needs
- Proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including hospital leaders and physicians
- Drive performance improvement and quality management projects as needed
- Precept dietetic interns and oversee clinical rotations, as needed
- Provide training and education to the food service staff and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Serve as a liaison with medical and nursing staff and represent the department on hospital-wide committees

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Minimum Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners
