What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of on-site and off-site catering events
- Serve as the primary liaison for the VIP client, building trust-based relationships
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to design seasonal, creative, and client-focused menus
- Manage event logistics including staffing, equipment, timelines, and communications
- Inspire and train service teams to deliver elevated hospitality and presentation
- Maintain budget oversight, cost control, and accurate post-event reporting
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with The Good Eating Company’s standards
- Partner with operations and marketing to develop unique activations and experiences

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in catering management, hospitality operations, or fine dining leadership
- Proven success in high-end, client-facing service environments (corporate or luxury hospitality preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- A refined eye for detail and design — from table settings to guest flow
- ServSafe certification and familiarity with NYC DOH regulations preferred
