Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineering Manager 2 to join our team at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, GA. This role is critical to delivering exceptional service standards, timely resolution of work orders, and professional communication to enhance the student experience. What You'll Do
- Sign off on IFM readiness for rooms prior to student move-in.
- Lead and manage a team of 5 frontline maintenance employees (all skilled trades).
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and professional communication with clients and residents.
- Motivate and coach employees to meet Sodexo standards and deliver a strong first impression for students.
- Oversee residential HVAC systems (175–200 AC units) and support preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with client leadership to upgrade customer service and operational standards.
- Utilize CMMS systems to manage work orders and track performance metrics.
- Support compliance with state initiatives and Sodexo quality standards.
- Valid Driver's License and clear driving background required.
