Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Support and maintain patient flow to reduce patient wait times
- Efficiently manage time by prioritizing treatments and procedures based on each patients’ needs
- Record/verify medical records such as medical histories and vital signs
- Coordinate with hospital admissions and laboratory services
- Administer injections, immunizations, and assist physicians with office procedures
We are offering a sign on bonus up to $15,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse License, in good standing (State of Arkansas, or compact state, required prior to hire)
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required
- BLS through the American Heart Association is required
- Additional certifications (like ACLS or PALS) may be required depending on the unit

Where You'll WorkAs our Registered Nurse at CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic of Arkansas, you will empower patients to manage their cardiac health by providing expert care and education.
Every day you will assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. You will be expected to perform a variety of clinical procedures, educate patients about heart disease prevention, and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to patient care.
