Responsibilities
• Outpatient internal medicine practice with optional inpatient/hospitalist opportunities• Care for a diverse adult patient population with a wide spectrum of acute and chronic conditions• Access to advanced diagnostic services and subspecialty support• Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives• Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, CME stipend, and retirement plan
Qualifications
• MD/DO degree with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and clinical skills

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $275,000-$280,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
