Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Patient Treatment: Deliver high-quality care to patients and their families, following physician instructions. Provide and document educational teachings, ensuring patient/family understanding.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform routine clinic procedures, administer medications accurately, and assist physicians with patient exams.
Patient Assessment: Measure vital signs, implement treatments, and evaluate patient outcomes. - Emergency Care: Provide appropriate care in emergency situations as directed by a physician.
- Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document physician orders, patient phone calls, and all patient information into charts, adhering to clinic policies and procedures.
- Clinic Support: Maintain medical equipment, order supplies, and ensure all treatment procedures, medications, and therapies are ordered, verified, and consented to by patients. Assist with referrals and other needed services.

Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse License, in good standing (State of Arkansas, or compact state, required prior to hire)
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required
- BLS through the American Heart Association is required
- Additional certifications (like ACLS or PALS) may be required depending on the unit

You will be expected to perform a variety of clinical procedures, educate patients about heart disease prevention, and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
