Rainsville’s growing elderly population increases hospice care needs, driving moderate competition for skilled LPNs. Employers value candidates with home health experience and reliable transportation due to rural service areas typical in this region.
Encompass Health encourages career advancement through continuing education scholarships and leadership training. PRN LPNs can expand clinical skills and potentially transition into full-time roles or specialized positions within hospice nursing.
