Position Summary
The Custodial Services Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary based on the event or project assigned.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $11.00 to $13.50.

Responsibilities
- Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
- Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
- Cleans assigned areas to meet event/client standards, including but not limited to parking lots, offices, arena, exhibit hall, pavilion, and ball fields
- Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and cleaning supplies while transporting it to designated areas
- Reports maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
- Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
- Perform other responsibilities when assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial experience preferred.
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
- Adaptable to guests' needs
- Ability to work long hours including a varied schedule of days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
