Position Summary
The Catering Coordinator at the Allegiant Stadium, under the Supervision of the Director of Catering, will be responsible for providing staffng, operational, and administrative support to the Catering department. The Catering Coordinator must be able to work a variable shift, including evenings and weekends, depending upon event requirements, to best serve our customers.
This role pays an hourly rate of $27.00-$29.00

This position will remain open until January 2, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and helpful management of all catering requests and requirements.
- Responsible for managing the distribution and communication of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to all relevant teams and clients.
- Responsible for catering staff check in and ensuring proper uniform.
- Provides opetational support to ensure adequate products and equipmnt are ordered for anticipated business levels.
- Pull daily reports and ensure consumptin reports are accurate and timely for each event.
- Schedule team members per the CBA and seniority list.
- Contact catering employees to confim schedule for all catering hourly team members.
- Compiles pay infomation for catering department and sends to payroll.
- Coordinates staff break location and time.
- Complie required department reports.
- Send out daily labor reports.
- Send all completed consumption sheets to sales department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on creating word documents, Excel spreadsheets, etc).
- Ability to adhere to high standard of business etiquette, professional verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to produce detail-oriented, accurate work.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).
- Proven ability to make solid, appropriate, and independent decisions.
- Some previous sales experience preferred, preferably in related hospitality industry or convention setting but not required.
- Posses Valid SNHD health card
