Position: Tanker Driver, CDL A HAZMAT
Primary Location: Box 299, 388 Ahnaip Street, Menasha, WI 54952
Schedule: Full-Time Hourly
Reports To: Regional Driver Manager
Compensation: $30.75 USD + bonus + benefits.
The range shown reflects the targeted pay scale. Actual pay within the range depends on work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education. Specific salary details can be discussed during the hiring process. Posted compensation reflects base salary only and excludes bonuses, benefits, pension contributions, and other incentives.

In This Role, You Will:
- Load, transfer, and unload raw product from a tanker truck
- Transport and unload chemicals into customers’ tanks safely and with the required paperwork
- Safely handle hoses during loading and unloading
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections
- Comply with all Company, Customer Federal, State, and Local laws, rules and regulations
- Become familiar with plant operating procedures
- Other duties as assigned
A Successful Candidate Has:
- Minimum two (2) years of recent tractor/tanker experience
- Minimum one (1) year of recent tanker experience
- Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License, CDL Class A, with appropriate hazmat and tanker endorsements
- A clean driving record for the past three (3) years
- Be physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle and provide a valid medical card
- Be able to provide proof of experience or training to operate the type of motor vehicle used by Chemtrade safely

Physical Occupational Requirements
- Employee must frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb stairs/ladders (including vertical)
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be "fit for duty"
