To develop, administer, and direct programmatic components and tactical operational activities related to the orthopedic service line in the Greater Denver market. These activities include evaluating the components of service to identify gaps and barriers in the system and to develop processes with team members to reduce the gaps and overcome the barriers. The position is primarily responsible for implementing the sports medicine strategic initiatives to drive growth in the Greater Denver market.
Ideal candidate will have backgrounds in both Athletic Training/Sports Medicine and Business Development.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 8 years of management experience in the healthcare setting required.
- Analytical thinking and interpersonal relations skills.
- Clinical degree (athletic trainer, nurse, advanced practice) required.
- Bachelor's degree in sports medicine, business or other related fields.
- MBA or Masters preferred.
- Athletic trainer, Specialty nursing or APP certification.
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
