What You'll Be Doing
Provides tray service to all patients during meal times according to set procedures and regulatory standards under direction of the Dietary Supervisor.Essential Functions:
- Prepares and sets up tray line for scheduled meal time.
- Assembles trays according to menu, adhering to portion standards and safe food handling procedures.
- Distributes trays in all patient care areas according patient’s name, room and bed number, written on menu.
- Collects soiled trays from patient care areas.
- Prepares and delivers late trays, special requests and between meal nourishment.
- Cleans assigned work areas, according to set procedures.
- Distributes patients’ menus.
- Follow departmental procedures including sanitation safety and cleaning schedules.
- Set up, serve and clean up special functions properly store away all food supplies.
- Assembles and delivers supplies to patient units.
What We're Looking For
- High School graduate
- With 1-2 years in food service or customer service experience preferred
