Specific Responsibilities Would Include
As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate at Jennifer Fisher Jewelry, you will play a crucial role in curating memorable shopping experiences for our clients. Your deep knowledge of fine jewelry, coupled with a commitment to exceptional customer service, will help forge lasting relationships and drive sales. You will also support visual merchandising efforts to maintain the store's elevated atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Experience
- Create and deliver exceptional shopping experiences that resonate with clients, fostering lasting relationships and loyalty.
- Engage with walk-in traffic to convert initial interest into repeat business by building a loyal clientele.
- Develop and maintain a personal client book, including personal shoppers and stylists, to drive repeat purchases and client retention.
- Provide expert styling advice and showcase an in-depth knowledge of Jennifer Fisher Jewelry’s products, brand, and collections.
- Schedule and manage personalized 1:1 appointments, both in-store and virtually, to maximize sales opportunities.
Visual Merchandising
- Implement and uphold visual merchandising directives to showcase products attractively and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation on the sales floor and in the back-of-house areas.
- Ensure the store environment remains organized, pristine, and aligned with Jennifer Fisher’s brand image.
Operational Excellence
- Adhere to grooming and professional attire standards to represent the Jennifer Fisher brand with sophistication.
- Manage client interactions from pre-purchase through post-purchase, including sales, checkout, and follow-up.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and superior shopping experience.
- Execute all operational tasks related to sales, returns, exchanges, and inventory management with precision and care.

Salary Range: $21.00-$25.00

Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
