Responsibilities
WHAT YOU DO
You will be the warm and knowledgeable ambassador of the hotel, welcoming guests into the event space and providing exceptional service throughout the experience. Servicing meeting rooms with great sensitivity to timing and environmental cues are your main responsibility. You will prepare meeting rooms per BEO and resume specifications- including cleaning the room, setting the furniture, preparing meeting room supplies, and delivering guest packages to the space for their arrival. You will also service the meeting spaces during and after each meeting, removing dirty items, replenishing supplies, and straightening furniture as needed. We enable you with the training and tools to be successful in a supportive, energetic environment.
