Job Description
As a Black Swan Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our nightclub patrons. Your primary responsibilities will include serving a variety of beverages, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, attentive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take drink orders, serve beverages, and handle cash; credit transactions; room charges accurately.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the nightclub’s drink menu, including specialty cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Monitor and manage beverage inventory, restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and regulations, including checking IDs and serving responsibly.
- Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, bar tops, and surrounding spaces.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or bartender in a nightclub, bar, or restaurant setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverage service and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Weekend availability 9:00pm-3:00am.
- TABC and Texas Food Handler’s certified.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or permits.
