As the Area General Manager, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage the onsite team at our flagship Collegeville location, including 2 salaried managers (Executive Chef and Operations Manager) and 10 hourly employees.
- Drive Excellence: Oversee operations at three additional locations (King of Prussia, Marietta, and virtual support for Rockville, MD).
- Own the Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for our client, ensuring exceptional service and partnership.
- Manage Performance: Take charge of budgets, financials, and operational goals to deliver outstanding results.
- Innovate Services: Oversee a diverse mix of offerings—café, catering, coffee bar, pantry services, and micro-markets.
