Position Summary
As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the arena. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, greeter. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a World Class experience. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere
This role will pay an hourly wage of $13.50.
For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

The Liberty First Credit Union Arena, formally known as the Ralston Arena, is an arena located in Ralston, Nebraska, a suburb of Omaha, Nebraska. It serves as the home of the Omaha Lancers of the United States Hockey League and the Omaha Beef of Champions Indoor Football.
Responsibilities
Event Staff Team Members provide great customer service to patrons attending events at Liberty First Credit Union Arena. Such positions include but not limited to:
- Ushers-
- Serve as the liaison for your assigned seating section(s)
- Proactively monitor for and report fan code of conduct issues and maintenance concerns
- Greet guests and check their ticket as they enter their seating section, direct them to their designated seats
- Ticket Takers
- Greet guests as they enter the building and provide directions and information as needed
- Scan guests’ tickets with a smile and friendly greeting
- Assist guests with ticket issues, resolve when possible, and escalate to Supervisor as needed
- Greeter/Access Control

- Smile and greet guests as they approach the restricted area
- Check guests’ tickets to ensure they have access to the designated area
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail; ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
- Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
- Ability to stand or sit for an extended period of time, walking (including stairs)
- Be able to work a shift that will range from 4-9 hours
- Ability to interact with a variety of people of all ages with diverse backgrounds
- Be flexible and ready to work any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred
- You must love working with and helping people.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- You must be able to maintain a POSITIVE attitude while handling difficult situations.
- Flexible schedule: Availability to work most home basketball games. Weekend availability is needed.
