Job Requirements
Minimum:
- Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program required.
- Computer skills required.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Card.
- Arizona State Occupational Therapy License.
Preferred:
- Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical preferred.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
- Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
