Are you a passionate and skilled quality improvement professional ready to make a significant impact? Mercy Medical Center is seeking an experienced Quality Progam Manager to lead evidence-based initiatives that enhance patient perception, safety, and clinical outcomes.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive comprehensive quality process improvement efforts across our organization, collaborating with physicians, leadership, and clinical service lines. You'll apply cutting-edge methodologies, analyze data, research best practices, and implement solutions that directly translate to measurable improvements in patient care.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate impactful quality programs aligning with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality indicators, identify variances, and leverage data to develop actionable solutions.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams, providing expertise in QI tools, risk assessment, and process improvement to achieve desired clinical effectiveness.
- Serve as a key contact for regulatory visits and audits, ensuring adherence to all applicable healthcare standards.
Shift: 8am - 4:30pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday; Schedule May Vary

Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or other related field.
- Oregon RN License
- Five years of progressively responsible related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge.
Preferred
- Masters Degree in healthcare or other related field.
- Three years in a lead or management role within the last five years
