Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Perform risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Adhere to confidentiality standards, HIPAA regulations, and ethical guidelines in all client interactions.
- Meet productivity expectations by maintaining an active caseload, which may include evening and weekend hours.
- Ensure that services are evidence-based, client-centered, and meet medical necessity criteria.
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field that qualifies you for licensure in Massachusetts (e.g., LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC).
- Active CANS certification required.
- Experience in outpatient mental health services preferred.
- Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments, treatment planning, and case management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and trauma-informed care.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
