Select Physical Therapy in the Glendora, CA area is looking for passionate Physical Therapist Assistant. The ideal candidate will already have experience in outpatient orthopedics and have a good foundation of exercise prescription and manual skills as well as flexibility in their schedule to cover different clinics in the West LA area. *Minimum of 1 yr experience required for PRN*
Schedule: PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri)
Compensation: $45.00 per hour up to $55.00 per hour

We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
- Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
- CPR certification
- Minimum 1 yr experience Required
