Job Summary and Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The incumbent is a member of the health care team who is accountable for providing technical, and/or supportive services during diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures under the direct supervision of the Cath Lab Clinical Coordinator. May have access to or be required to distribute drugs, needles or syringes from storage locations, (such as large stock supplies, automated dispensing units and other carts) to/within patient care areas or treatment carts as defined by hospital policy/procedure.

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- One (1) year hospital patient care as a Cardiovascular Technician.
- With enough experienced CV Techs to support a trainee, applicants may be considered.
- BLS, ACLS
- Knowledge of basic cardiac rhythms, 12- lead ECG interpretation, and cardiac hemodynamic.
- Registry eligible as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) ACLS certification within 12 months of hire.
- Radiology Technician with current x-ay and fluro license.
