In this exciting role, you'll be part of a dynamic three-person delivery team! You'll alternate between making deliveries in the truck and preparing products in our delivery center. When you're on the road, you'll switch between being the driver and the partner in a two-person delivery team, bringing high-quality, American-made home furnishings to our valued customers across the Twin Cities area. When not on the road, your time will be spent working in our delivery center, in our merchandise quality role. Here, you'll prepare products for delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards of excellence. Additionally, you'll engage in product staging, basic assembly, and quality inspection, making sure everything is just right for our customers.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with occasional paid overtime

Additional requirements to be a Delivery Driver:
- A genuine passion for serving customers, demonstrated through prior experience in a customer-facing delivery or customer service role, is highly valued and preferred
- At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
- Able to lift/carry heavy items with the assistance of a team member and/or proper lifting equipment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to ensure effective communication with your delivery partner, internal teams and customers
- Able to pass pre-employment requirements, including a 5-panel drug screen (no THC)
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire

- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 / year ($24.04 - $26.44/ hour)Our salary is guaranteed with occasional paid overtime. Salary offered is based on experience/qualifications.
